Ribs by Bill

We went to visit our friend, Bill, in Michigan, and he told us that he had been smoking some ribs all day.

I don’t really care for ribs, neither does Sara, but we tried to be excited about it… It had to be better than airplane food.

These ribs were pretty damn amazing.

The picture doesn’t do them justice, but they were literally fall-off-the-bone, perfectly seasoned, and delicious.

The next day, for lunch, I made a rib meat sandwich with bacon-mayo… That was pretty damn good too :)

Time to invest in a smoker!
