I tried to get a pic of the fried chicken when we were there again on Saturday, but it just didn't come out... I guess we'll have to go back!

Yes, the fried chicken is a must. The breading is just spicy enough to be tasty, but the mystery is how they get all of the bones out!

Thanks for the burger list!
I only make it to the Seattle area once or twice a year, so it might take me a little while to knock those out...

I really do need to get more burgers on here in general.

Here is just a short list that might get you started. There are high end burgers at some of the great restaurants in town, but for burgers it is part of the cost and funkiness that makes a burger joint.

Skillet was at the mobile chowdown, Red Mill (multiple locations), The Counter, Two Bells, Blue Moon (south lake), the labratory. That is just a start, good luck and let me know.

I just ate at Burger Master in Bellevue last night. A co-worker of my wife's said they did a weekend taste off between Burger Master and Red Mill, her husband loves burgers and seems to go to Burger Master a lot. They gave their weekend challenge to BM for the burges, fries but said Red Mill's onion rings were better.

My take after last night, I have had better at Burger Master, this must have been a bad night on the line. My cheese burger was too wet, tomatoe was mushie and lettuce not dried. The meat was tasty but had gristle in it. Onion rings were thin, too breaded and marignally seasoned. The fries were the best part of the mea.

I think all things point to RM, on the bigger picture, there are more that should go on your list. It could take more than a weekend to cover enough of a sampling.
